Does social anxiety make you feel like you're not a good enough person? Do you feel as though other people are "better" than you somehow, or that you don't measure up?

If this is how you feel, you might benefit from something called journaling. Journaling involves expressing yourself through writing. In order to help build your self-worth, I created the Self Worth Journal for Social Anxiety.

The Self Worth Journal for Social Anxiety includes an explanation of how to use the journal, 100 journal prompts (five per page) with space to write your answers. Some of the prompts are reflective in nature, prompting you to think about things.

Other prompts are behavioral in nature, and get you thinking about actions that you can take or behaviors that might be helpful.

Overall, I think the Self Worth Journal for Social Anxiety is an amazing way to get a good understanding of your feelings of self worth, and what you can do to improve them.
