Are you trying to take vitamins or supplements to manage anxiety but you can't keep straight all the different kinds?
I know there's a lot of confusing information out there, that's why I wrote a blog post on this topic and also created this simple shopping guide plus weekly vitamin tracker.
If you're still not sure what to take, read through the guide and highlight the points that jump out at you as things you need help with.
Or, use a systematic approach and start by taking the most basic (e.g., magnesium, ashwagandha) and then add others in gradually to see if they have any effect.
I also included a handy weekly tracker so you can actually make sure you follow through. If you prefer, another way to do this is to buy a simple weekly pill box and ration out your pills for the week.
No - vitamins and supplements won't make up for a bad diet and they won't erase your anxiety. BUT - it's a very basic thing that you can do to make sure your bases are covered. Why not?
